Description

Winter Mountain White Tea is cultivated using organic methods on a certified farm in Taiwan’s pristine highland region. Grown without synthetic chemicals or genetically engineered seeds, this tea meets both USDA and Taiwan organic farming standards.

Made from freshly hand-plucked buds and young leaves, the tea undergoes minimal processing to preserve its natural character. As a result, Winter Mountain White tea brews a soft, clean cup with gentle floral notes and a touch of lingering sweetness.

Subtle and refreshing, this white tea offers a calm and satisfying drinking experience—perfect for quiet moments or daily wellness.

White tea contains powerful antioxidants that may protect cells from damage and support oral health. It’s also naturally low in caffeine, making it ideal for any time of day.

Preparation

HOT BREW

Tea Amount Water Temperature Steeping Time
≈ 3 to 4 tsp 8 FL OZ 175°F 5 to 7 minutes

You can re-brew the same leaves 2 or 3 times. If you re-brew, then increase brewing time.

COLD BREW

Put loose-leaf tea in a pitcher with cold water and infuse in refrigerator overnight for at least eight hours.

When brewing with an infuser make sure the infuser is large enough so the leaves open completely and free their full flavors in your cup.  Check our patented EZ Tea Infuser, developed to be convenient and to maximize the flavors of loose-leaf teas, especially for large leaf teas.
