Description

Discover the quiet elegance of White Peony, a prized Taiwanese white tea made from young leaves and unopened buds. Grown on a biological* farm in Taiwan, this tea reflects the purity of its natural environment. Its name comes from the tea’s resemblance to the soft petals of a blooming peony flower.

With each sip, enjoy light floral notes, soft honey sweetness, and a hint of earthy depth. The texture is velvety and smooth, making it a calming experience from start to finish. Whether brewed warm or cool, White Peony offers a naturally refined taste.

Beyond its delicate flavor, White Peony tea delivers powerful health benefits. Rich in antioxidants, white tea may help fight several forms of cancer and support long-term wellness. It also contains natural fluoride, catechins, and tannins, which can strengthen teeth.

Preparation

HOT BREW

Tea Amount Water Temperature Steeping Time
≈ 3 tsp 8 FL OZ 175°F 2 to 3 minutes

You can re-brew the same leaves 2 or 3 times. If you re-brew, then increase brewing time.

COLD BREW

Put loose-leaf tea in a pitcher with cold water and infuse in refrigerator overnight for at least eight hours.

When brewing with an infuser make sure the infuser is large enough so the leaves open completely and free their full flavors in your cup.  Check our patented EZ Tea Infuser, developed to be convenient and to maximize the flavors of loose-leaf teas, especially for large leaf teas.
